I am posting to see who might be interested in trying Guitar Hero at Game Day, just to mix things up a bit.

It's a game that I enjoy very much (it was a Christmas present from Tyler this year ). I think it would be fun to have groups of people to play with. If you might be interested in trying Guitar Hero (even though it is not played on the computer), please post. Thanks!

Also, I am looking for activity ideas for Nathan's 1st birthday party. There's not much that Nate will care about, but I think having something to keep the older guests busy would be good. Suggestions?

- Knut

I don't know... hearsay has served me well in the past.

LOL

Obama is definitely more liberal than Romney, hence being (D) and not (R), but I would NOT consider him the same ilk as Clinton! His official website would be a better source of information than hearsay if you wanted to learn more - http://www.barackobama.com/index.php

I really liked Romney's stance on illegals better than any other candidate, but he doesn't have a snowball's chance in... well you know.

I still do not want McCain to win. He is not "conservative", imo, btw. Basically, you're choosing between liberals in November. I'm going with the one that I don't think is Satan.

Clinton was written off prior to New Hampshire.  I think that night a lot of people who were planning on voting for Obama instead voted for John McCain and gave him the rocket boost he needed to get up to orbit.

I would be very, very pleased to see Clinton lose.  Since I KNOW very little about Obama, but HEAR that he is just as liberal as Clinton is...  this whole thing gives me heartburn.

Utah will be 5 electoral votes for John McCain, come November, but other than that, things aren't looking good for conservatives.

Just sharing my joy that Clinton is falling behind and Obama is #1. It's not by a ton just yet, but considering she won the two states with the highest delegates, I think it says a lot that she is behind at all.

As far as number of states go, it's no competition. Clinton won a couple of "big" states and that is all that has kept her as a contender in this race, in my opinion. Obama has won more states than she has - 22 to 12 (as of this morning).

Well, technically he is "suspending his campaign", not actually dropped out. There's really not much of a difference that I see, except he keeps the delegates he's already won. I still can't believe that McCain is going to win the Republican nomination. Beyond disappointed.

Anyone that wants to read about Romney's decision - http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/02/07/romney.campaign/index.html

It's official.  Romney is out of the race.  It's a good decision, but very, very sad for me.

If McCain or Huckabee take the nomination, either separately or on the same ticket, I am not voting Republican, period. I still think McCain plays dirty. If you can't win on merit alone, you don't deserve it. His plan is definitely working, but would YOU want to win that way?

Clinton has said that if she wins, she would put Obama on as vice-President, but I think that is more a gimmick to sway voters that are undecided...Obama has said no such thing, so I don't think you would get Hillary on his ticket. So far, with Romney out of the race (even if not officially), I will be backing Obama. The race is far too close for Clinton to be thinking she's got it in the bag! Eighty-eight delegates (as of early this morning anyway) is really nothing in the long-run. Still hoping he can pull through for a win and give me a reason to vote in November.

To answer your question, though, if it were McCain/Huckabee vs Clinton/Obama, I would have to do a write in of just Obama. LOL
I cannot be a Clinton supporter. If I voted for her, I would lose my soul.

I agree that Romney has little to no chance to win the Republican nomination at this point.  Regarding the McCain "dirty pool" issue in West Virginia, I disagree.  It was a well-played political hardball move.  Those two guys (McCain and Huckabee) are doing their best to make sure Romney doesn't win.  I think Huckabee is being false if he pretends anymore that he is running for anything other than Vice-President.

If he were to admit that, how many people would still vote for him?

I keep hearing people say it looks like Clinton has this thing locked up, but I'm not sure why, because Obama is doing so very, very well.

If it were a McCain/Huckabee ticket vs. a Clinton/Obama ticket, who would you vote for?

I think I would perhaps vote independent, myself.
