I dunno about cardboard, but we still have our spider victim guy. You can use him for inspiration? Good luck with that.  And sorry you guys can't make it.
As for Harvey goings on, this is not news. It just is more obvious than before. Don't see why everyone is trying to get involved. They will work it out if that is what is meant to happen - others getting involved just makes a mess. Anyway, that is my two cents.
We are still having our Halloween party on the 28th as planned. Inside decorations are *almost* finished, but we still have some spiders to hang and that sort of thing. Outside decorations are pretty much done. We finally got one of those yard globe things - very neat! This is a lot of work but I think it will look great when it's done.
For those of you attending, don't forget to RSVP on how many of you there are and what, if anything, you are bringing so I can make my shopping list. Also, since it is a costume party, good idea to start looking for a costume if you plan on dressing up. :)

anyone got a bunch of cardboard? I could make a Alvin and Family cutout and stick it at the other party? Just a thought as to a good solution to this situation.

It is the same night. When we started planning it, we were specifically told they weren't doing a party this year. Now, apparently, they are.

I need Dave, Andrew, Jake and Bryan (Tyler's Bryan) to email me or Tyler their addresses so I can send out invites for the Halloween Party.
The Halloween party is going to be Saturday, October 28th, 2006, at 5pm. Dinner will be served at 6pm. We are asking that everyone bring something food-wise to add to the dinner. Email me RSVPs or call - I would like to know who is coming and what they are bringing so I know what I still need to get and how much of it. Also, since it is a costume party, best costume gets a prize - more incentive to dress up!

Yes, it includes children. Most of our friends have kids.
And the party is the 28th, not the 29th, like Tyler said. 29th was last year I think. The important part is just remembering that it's a Saturday.
We will be doing dinner and snacks. We are going to ask that everyone brings a dinner-type food item or dessert that they like. Should add some variety. Right now we are planning on spaghetti and meatballs for the main dinner. More details will be posted as we figure them out.
